other possibility is that exp is store as an absolute value as an example if each lvl takes 1k exp and you are lvl 3 with 500 exp into your current level your actual exp value is 3500. two possibilities, one is that it is not stored in a 4 byte container, switch to scaning ALL types. No results.Īny idea why? I did lose quite a bit of XP, so compensation is definitely tempting.Īny idea why? I did lose quite a bit of XP, so compensation is definitely tempting. Input the correct XP ammount, then I kill a thing, scan again with the new value and nothing. Also, witcher 3 is sorta odd, gold value was stored in 3 different places and I had to change all three to get it to work correctly in game, exp might be the same way.įor some reason when I recheck the value again by scanning, I get 0 results. Just remember that loading a game changes the memory addresses so you'd have to start over again if you did that. Just write down your exp, do a search for that value, kill something, do a "next scan" for the new value, and repeat till you isolate the exact memory address that contains your character's exp. I do not use the script files though, those tend to be hit or miss.
